Company sale

Sleepyhoward and many others are right. Company sale is the only way forward,  future deal line is thinning out, SGL2 is too late to market, and  Western companies dealing with Chinese is going to wane, slowly rather than abrupt as with Russia.
Skin Lightener will take too long, even from today not enough to cover corporate salaries and expenses.God knows we waited long enough already, your wife could have given birth 10 times.

Needs company to be put up for sale in 2023.

So who is willing to buy this company and for what price? What would be a fair value?  I doubt that there is an interested company  right now.

Depends on anti aging results in next few weeks. If good, an auction later in the year would probably fetch over a dollar fifty cents   from Abbvie at minimum as that is their interest with Botox etc. If results not good, I would guess 30 to 50 cents  small change for a company like Abbvie to own tfc 1067 and everything else and the patents

My experience for Venture companies that are spinning in the mud and then bought suggest that purchase price is a small multiple of its recent history, not a factor of shareholder perceived worth. Very anticlimactic.

The anti-aging represent tremendous value assuming the clinical trial was successful. I think it was finished last Friday and now subject to evaluation. If they would tune the anti-viral right it opens a massive market, not restricted to covid. I'm really frustrated over the share price, but I'm aware that it's because fellow investors - we - the market have sold. Not saying it's ...more

Sure, why not use any good results to put the company up for sale? If they do the tfc1067 way, we are talking 2 years to negotiate the deal then 2 years to get formulation to market - that will finish us all off with suffering, and of course more dilution to pay the overhead for the 4 years
