Howard is the largest shareholder from Sirona followed by Geraldine. Why should they only offer special gains to new investors like private equity firms? Sirona laboratories is a 100% subsidiary from Sirona, same as Tfchem.  One option is that a new big external partner with the right financial bandwidth will pre-fund a commercial launch of a new product line and get royalities from Sirona
