Partner matters

If they announce a L'Oreal or similar type quality partner that alone should send share prices much much higher.

If they announce some random venture fund or some random communist based company as their JV partner then we could see some radically lower prices.

Real coin toss at this stage in my estimation.

Sirona is seeking "strategic funding from private equity funds and investors."  It does not want a comestic co. taking a large position and dictating things.
