Profile

If you look at Howard's bio on the SBM website it indicates:

"He currently is solely focused on the success and growth of SIRONA Biochem as it enters a stage of rapid growth."

So does that mean he isn't also working full time as a doctor anymore and is full-timing it as CEO?  Or are they just bs'ing on the profile?  Either way - he obviously sux as CEO whether part time or full time.

Where is the different.  Part time or falls time the result is horrible
Comment by Pareto8020 on Mar 11, 2024 4:34pm
I wonder how "rapid" the growth would be if he wasn't solely focused on it given we are at 8 cents and zero ongoing volume. (sarcasm fyi) Unless they announce some revenue from AbbVie soon this could be a long miserable haul before they get their product on the shelves next year.  I don't see many catalysts unless they come out of nowhere with a SGLT2 announcement or some ...more

SGLT2 is another joke from laying howard

Another big day on the shares traded today. We had a grand total of 1100 shares traded and it took 7 trades to make it up to that number!
Comment by Pareto8020 on Mar 12, 2024 12:46pm
And we aren't even in the Summer trading doldrums yet - don't even want to think what that is going to look like unless they start getting some AbbVie royalties coming in.   That should change things dramatically unless it is once again a fluff contract and the royalties are less than optimal.  But Howard held out for higher than norm royalties so let's see what wonderful ...more

How long has Howard been telling the truth, so I wouldn't give up on the royalties. Watch the videos with Mr. Brunner again and see how much of his statements were true

Truth is, the longer we hear nothing related to the AbbVie deal the greater the chance the deal is dead (again)
Comment by forhandlaren on Mar 12, 2024 4:16pm
I guess that deadline is mid-June, two years after the deal with Abbvie was signed. If that they haven't launched a product by then Abbvie lose the rights and a penalty is activated. Time will tell.
Comment by SleepyHoward on Mar 12, 2024 4:19pm
I think there is no Deadline and the penalty if they have one like the funny upfront. New ceo needed
Comment by Pareto8020 on Mar 12, 2024 4:20pm
Better be one heck of a penalty if it wastes two years!
Comment by MirrorWorldMan on Mar 12, 2024 5:55pm
Howie has proven he does not have any negotiation skills and foresight. Assuming there is some sort of penalty, it will just go to paying off Howies loan to himself.  So I guess he has himself covered that way. The underlying issue resides around big Pharma not wanting our molecules and a disregard for our financial situation
Comment by biorun on Mar 12, 2024 7:13pm
Big Pharma could not care less whether Sirona had 500k or 500M in their account. They March to their own tune. What I take issue with is there sequential approach to everything. Every deal they get into absolutely needs a implementation tested plan B and plan C. One of these days he will stop assuming every molecule will automatically pay them millions.
Comment by biorun on Mar 12, 2024 4:52pm
I understand that they continue to have regular meetings with AbbVie so that doesn't sound dead to me. And they continue to indicate on their presentation updates they are exploring other products as well and the company says that remains true as well. So it really boils down to whether one believes them or not - I do not judge either perspective. The rock bottom share price suggests that the ...more
