The test for shareholders will be the next PRIVATE PLACEMENT. If SBM cant raise funds to a recognised invester and not Curly , Larry and Moe and at what cost.

If 2024 cant get their act together and what Howard and his partners will do to get this finanace. I can see 2 cents till the next finance happens.

I am not sure who will finance SBM next and how much will the shareholders suffer.
