You would think with them launching a whole new product line themselves there would be lots to update such as formulations, clinical trial with the new formula, distribution channels being established, updates on Allergan, tfc-039, etc. So makes you think everything has grounded to a halt due to no funds being available or who knows?   I would truly just want a buyout at this stage cause

Thank you for your post Pareto. This management leaves one speechless to say the least.  A man and his cohorts in way over their heads(Should have admitted his and their weaknesses years ago, but too big of an EGO). Stock price at 2 cents!  That's what our fearless leader is worth......2 cents, maybe less. At least we can celebrate a new all time low.  Jail time for these

Their market cap is around $7M - Allergan should just buy them out and save themselves the royalties and take control of the tech. Something has to give soon - Howard can't keep the lights on with only his smile.  Either Howie is going to find someone to jump on the Sirona Labs train or he is going to have to provide another loan.
