not ceo Peter M. Clausi, VP Capital Markets and Director.   Mr. Clausi Mr. Clausi is an experienced lawyer, investment banker, shareholder rights activist and public company executive.  He is currently the CEO of CBLT Inc. (TSXV:CBLT) and a director of Camrova Resources Inc.
