Sorry, I am not an investment or tax advisor. However, if you think the company might be delisted why not just sell your shares now to be ensured of getting the tax loss? But honestly, I have never understood why anyone who dislikes everything about the company; management, drill planning, drill results, surface right negotiations,.. would not have just sold long ago and moved
