Pork segment primarily produces and sells pork products to further processors, foodservice operators, distributors and grocery stores. RE:Corporate Update: Payment of Convertible Interest-in-KindSEB has IMHO put itself in hock to the Co-operators, with borrowing and potential additional debt, not forgetting the interest and other 'fees',  an albatross around its neck from which it will never be able to escape. I'm glad I bailed when the latter was first set in motion.
