Big question is wow will we sell Pel 83 whole or part
How we sell it will have big taxes on the sale . I say sping off Pel 83 into a seperate company so us long term holders can get capital gains .
Paying special dividend or regular dividend is a big NO NO

Ideally, to minimise tax on sale of our sintana shares, the major would take over sintana to get 49% of Custos first and then buy the remaining custos shares from the other holders. I am confident that Mr Bose and colleagues are well versed in the best way to minimise the tax effect on sale of their and all Sintana shares.
