That's probably the date by by which they would have to report if they chose to claim a hardship for reporting, like everyone did last year.

ah I c thanks, nother question dont you find it odd that the stock price didnt climb today? Usually when the market expects a positive report. Stocks climb I'm wondering to myself y that didnt happen here.

I'm not so sure that many people are expecting a positive report for Q4. The outlook is certainly positive, even with the temporary chip shortage, but Q4 itself may show hardly any revenues. Is possible that nerves are scaring people away. But I, personally, am not interested in Q4. I just want to see what the rest of the year looks like going forward.

I'm not sure if that question was for me (I have a lot of people here in Ignore), but if it was for me, then I would say Q1 Still not huge, due to chip shortage, although Orders will be ramping nicely. Q2, Still not huge, same reason, but 5G and Hyperscale Data Center orders in full swing. Going forward, over the next 4 to 6 quarters, we are looking at a completely different picture. Mass

Wrong. April 30 is the official deadline for the venture exchange listed companies with the fiscal year end on  December 31. They don't have to declare hardship for that. Do your homework TS99.

Boyscout...do some reading on Tradersam99 and his/her posting history. While I do believe that he/she is well informed regarding this industry...timing and results have NEVER been remotely accurate..to the 1/2+ decade and counting. S7
