Whacking day

I can find no company specific reason for why SGD has gone sub 5.00 CAD.  Yukon politics??

It is notable that last year SGD's share price went into a funk from early August to early November.  It bottomed out at 3.95 CAD.

The geology is very good but Yukon politics are now in play.  I have seen political decisions decimate a good mining stock.  Will Snowline be next?  Maybe, if the native tribe can't be talked out of it.

Unreal. I think the Yukon Stocks are selling off due to the mess at Victoria Gold. I also own RAK and SIG and they both went lower today as well. I know Sitka and Snowline properties are covered by the same First Nations Group but I'm not so sure about Rakla. They are further south which is territory held by another tribe. The market does not like uncertainty and that is what has ...more

I think this is an extreme overreaction by these fragile, overleveraged markets.  There is always risk with these types of investments and nothing is a slam dunk, but this is overdone.

Maybe the "Market" now perceives SGD to be on the downslope of the Lassonde Curve, before a PEA is completed on the Valley deposit. The solution to this problem is for Snowline Gold to get us some more results on the peripheral targets like Aurelian, Cujo, and Polaris, so that the market can look at SGD as still being an exploration company with additional projects to test and prove up,, ...more

Last time that it went through 5.25, I said to myself, if you come here again I'll let you go ... Well, I'll see what the rebound brings. The dust has to settle.

Agree. I think market expectations are high for future assay results from Valley. Unless SGD's new batch are at least matching if not exceeding their best Valley holes to date, I wouldn't expect much of a gain in the share price. Big hits in another zone might do the trick...? Look at what happened to NFG. They were knocking it out of the park with multiple stunning assays at Keats,in the ...more
