RE:no vote for nowYou are right, however the company doesn't have any money, so it will go in liquidation soon after if the no vote wins. Once administrators take over, they won't care to much as about a court ruling, as SGi must contribute money, so they will just sell the assets and move on, and the no votes will be left with a pille of rubble....
