"This Oregon project has the potential to become one of the only few (also Alaska Energy Metals) suppliers of domestic Nickel in the country.

The project hosts two historic (2009) open-pit mineral resources at 0.7 % Ni cut-off:
- 39.5 MT grading 0.93% Ni at Cleopatra
- 18.8 MT grading 0.84% Ni at Red Flat

The average depth of past exploration is less than 4 m and nickel is thought to extend to 15 m and deeper. This could triple the resource. Also grades generally increase with depth plus there is a higher grade zone at cleopatra extending over 950 acres that has 1.12% Ni.

This represents more than 476,500 tonnes of Nickel (over 1 billion lbs).

The Company is poised to enter the U.S. critical minerals market with a project which qualifies for all the Government DOD, DOE and IRA subsidies currently available.

A total of 30 EV battery plants are either planned, under construction or operational in North America. Of these, 3 plants are located within 500 miles in the adjoining States of Nevada and California. As a consequence, the Company is currently looking at acquiring other advanced Nickel-Copper properties in this region.

The Oregon mine permitting process for critical minerals is considered very favorable based on the current Lithium mine development by Jindalee Resources Limited and by the gold resource development of Paramount Gold.

American investors should pay attention to this play, as there are very few to choose from."
