Serious question
In regards to Cathy's recent email... if there's good news that's preventing insiders from buying, and that's why we see no insider buying... isn't that technically withholding a material event? What is this news and how long have they been sitting on it?

As long as there are no suspicious trades made during the time in question it's all good. Companies choose to delay NRs for various reasons. I am far from being an expert but today it appears there could be some larger crosses being executed at 0.08.
