Overwhelming demand

Maybe its just me, but the way I read this is, due to overwhelming demand we are giving away .08 cent shares for .065 cents. And diluting the value of the share structure of long time holders of SIC who paid a lot more a long time ago. I still believe in the project ,and like many others have no choice but to hold, but am not happy about this flow thru deal.

I agree with you Farmboy.  SIC 's problem going forward is not just coming up with a Plan and drilling, however this management team is bad. When the deal with Piedmont was negotiated, Tim stated during the interview with RockandStock news that it was Stares of BEX and a laywer who did the deal.
