High grade relatively near surface.  What's holding stock back?  Logistics problematic on island location?

You are right but I also think the market is still unsure about sic as a whole. There's been a lot of raises to date, now there are a lot of shares outstanding and many more will have to be issued. I think to see some serious share price appreciation we will need several good/great news releases. More high-grade results are obviously key, especially at depth.
