Another example of a financing done well above the market price is Goliath GOT. Currently trading around $1.05 and the flow through was completed at $1.44 so it is fairly common these days

It is a Flow Through Financing so it is normal for the financing price to be above the market price. Participants in the financing can dump their shares at 40 cents after the hold period
