I see half the cash they will need to fulfill the minimum expenditure over next 2 years.

Well they have $1.6 million to get the ball rolling. The bigger question is, why issue 1 million shares to pay a $50k debt when they had the cash in the bank to do this. Plus, even just $1 mill invested at 5% for a year pays off that $50k debt. More questions here that need to be answered. On the plus side they have some decent properties that require JV's to fund. Yeah really, I mean seriously!! What a bonehead move that is! So they further dilute the stock to the tune of 1 million shares over a lousy $50k debt? WTF who's running this company? It certainly proves to me that in my mind this POS company has little if not no regard for it's shareholders. I have 0 confidence in this BOD I'm out of this POS asap!
