Financials
At the end of january they had approx 1.3 million in cash and before this latest financing only 15 million shares outstanding. They hold shares in FNI which unfortunatley dropped like a rock and is now trading at 0.75.
The latest financing shows only the first tranch has closed to the tune of $250k, there are no insider trades (pity). I'll stick with my previous assesment that for this company to move forward a merger with a like company needs to take place where resources can be pooled and fresh ideas shown.
We'll see what happens this year as PM's and commodities continue to trade higher leaving ample opportunity for SKRR to get some teeth into the game.
