The Guitarra mine is located in the Temascaltepec mining district, over 130 kilometers (km) southwest (SW) of Mexico City and covering approximately 39,714 hectares. The Tepic project is located approximately 27 km south-southeast of the city of Tepic, the capital of the State of Nayarit, Mexico. The Tepic Project hosts low-sulfidation epithermal gold and silver mineralization. The project consists of five mining concessions totaling approximately 2,612.5 hectares.
