2018-01-31 20:16 ET - Change Name Also New Listing (C-LMGC) Le Mare Gold Corp Pursuant to a resolution passed by directors on Jan. 2, 2018, the company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital. Effective at the opening, Feb. 2, 2018, the common shares of Le Mare Gold Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Southern Lithium Corp. will be delisted. Capitalization: unlimited shares with no par value, of which 5,863,400 shares are issued and outstanding
