question is why keep delaying and delaying if nothing is changing?  What will be different in 30 days?  These guys love dissapointing shareholders

  a nomination for an open board seat can come from the floor at the AGM. I think we should nominate copperplay.  Wait for your proxy materials to come in the mail.

Would vote for copper too. He seems to want to get current shareholders some value, which is more then managment is currently doing. Is anyone going to be attending AGM in person?
