I think they have to put out an NR today because it's material information and should be available to the public, not only to those who go check SEDAR

Roy fyi, when information is posted on SEDAR, it is legally considered to be made public.  A lot of info gets posted on SEDAR without any NR.  It's the responsibility of investors to check SEDAR.

I understand that, but that kind of information is quite important, I would have think that it required a halt.   Anyway that will give an opportunity to those that want in or add to their position to do it cheaper.

Hard to assume with sonoro based on the recent years ....but you have to think they are working on a robust press release which hopefully touches on all the items that have been discussed over the last few months.

1)Farm in agreement closed with financing and cash raised allowing to uplist TSX Venture 2) Drilling set to begin in a week or so 3) CEO and board finalized 4) Future wells drilled when? 5) Cash flow positive when? 6) Future transformational projects in 2023? SNV value 25-50 cents

I don't think a lot of people go read SEDAR on a daily basis for a penny stock with a bad reputation, so it will take some time for the word to spread.   Once they put some news out that will certainly change, and a bit of promotion would not hurt either.

Jmo but this has to be the last piece of the uplisting puzzle with this submission. I get the feeling this process of coordinating the financing and TSX validation was more difficult than management thought. Everything points to it being imminent. Perhaps today EOD we hear something.

Yes, with this document posted on SEDAR I think we are getting closer to the start line, but at this point I would rather like a news today at noon or next Monday.   I may be to superstitious but I don't like EOD or Friday news ;-)
