I helped oust Mr. Clare for one primary reason:  he owned zero SPA shares.  If you have no skin in the game you don't deserve to sit on the Board.

Heywood is correct ... he has been on the board for a very long time and he has never taken a position in the stock.  In my opinion ... that makes him dead weight.
