REREAD THE PREVIOUS POST -

Let's suppose SPA revamped thier - extraction model -
and whether carbon was a valued mineral credit or, not.

Now let's ask... what would a pfs study look like if....
1 g gold was converted to a 2 g gold concentrate in a prelim ore separation carbon float before main extrtaction circuit ?

If i recall - the current extraction runs a 3.5% concentrate before final, flotation.
That's a big reduction.
But.. it's also run thorugh the entire extraction to achieve this.

The carbon has a two float processes - 2 mill processes
in circuit.

Why did the firm create such an  extraction - double the milliing ?
lol

Kind of eludes to - there's lots of carbon.
Yeah... it would really be nice ot know what this carbon percentage value is...

My question is...?
Could a grind to 325 mesh + float occur prior to enetering main extraction circuit ?

Now... what would Kaiser say if...
SPA -  was able to create a 5x or 10x concetrate prior to - entering extraction circuit ?
It would all revolve around -  how fast with techniqwue could one float the carbon.
Simple as that...

Adding carbon coagulants or oils could assit this process.
Even if a - 2x head grade - were achieved prior to entering circuit ....
It would look pretty impressive = 2/g head grade prior to extraction.
.
Of course - time would have to be configured  and compared to former extraction
model
and tonnage per day processed.

Double grinding wirth in circuit is well...uh,
We can see no gold was lost during first and seconf float - or very minimal...
Which kind of proves that the gold might weather the 325 mesh form get go...
After all.. gold is 19x heavier than water.. .and carbon is hydrophobic...

Why not...grind all the ores out of circut in a sort phase ?
Is there such a crusher out there that can crush and grind to label this phase
a crush separation ore sorting ?

Such would - compartmentalize the ores outside the circuit -
and perhaps qualify the ores in a context of....  ore separation with increased
= headgrade.

And... that's why i posted the article...
Pointing out how others ( Kaiser )  precieve large bulk deposits...
And... how to change the dynamics of - headgrade to recieve favorable reviews.

Still impressive ( Kaiser's ) 2011 - SPA -  valuation based on $1,750/gold.
To think... were seeing this $1,70/spot gold rtight now...
Yet... the stock price is not reflecting this.

Cheers...
