RE:Worth .40 if liquidated

RE:Worth .40 if liquidated

Ask yourself: "If it's such a buy then why aren't insiders buying?"

You may want to familiarize yourself with the history of this company and it's management.

They can't liquidate. Many of their holdings are in thinly traded nanocaps with little to no volume, or in arms length private placements with their friends' companies.

After promoting their artifical intelligence software for years, they sold it just before AI became the most popular investment trend.

They pivoted to buying physical print media and websites.

They recently gave away 10% of the company to themselves and their friends via stock options exercisable at CAD $0.20 a share.

When investors express legitimate concerns on their CEO.ca platorm the comments are deleted, disregarded, mocked, or ridiculed.

Officers and directors of publicly traded corporations have a fiduciary duty to put the interests of shareholders above their own interests.

Ask yourself: "Did they do that here?"
