Vulture Capital Wanted!!!

This is a totally mismanaged Canadian Special situation.    Get Eric Sprott to go along and everyone can make some decent cake from $.17C Canadian.   Sprott has the effective "control" position and the officers/directors of  SPOT do NOT.    Run the Special Meeting and Change the BOD.   Large buybacks and return of capital thru either Substantial Issuer Bids or Special Dividends.    Sell down the portfolio.   Sell down all the remaining electronic "businesses".     Keep the Royalty on NFG property.

Can't miss at upside from .17 cents.
