Theyare worth around 57 million and 137 million shares so liquidation would result in .40cents per share, so a buy unless something I do not understand.

Ask yourself: "If it's such a buy then why aren't insiders buying?" You may want to familiarize yourself with the history of this company and it's management. They can't liquidate. Agreed.  When they sold off their AI assets, that was it for me and I bailed.  That was the only thing that interested me in this company.  Profoundly stupid move and timing by management.
