Something smells fishy with Pivot Financial and the PBI deal

Someone should call the Pivot guys and ask what they truly want.

Are the debt only being calaterize with the PBI assets?

What are they going to do with the technology?

Are they working with the board to find common grounds that would benefit all parties including shareholders?

Are they willing to convert debt for shares? If not, they maybe stuck with technology thay they can't do anything with. The technology will be dormant, which won't be saving lives.

There did not appear to be any commercial interest in the technology, other than FF working the pump handle quite effectively. All for not it seems. Will take another shafting and move on. Only vulture lawyers pursuing a class action now.
