Anyone wants to team up and dig a little to see what their Plan is for and with Pino? In my view about pertinent matter (just view point): Originally, unbeknownst to them, and to Pino owners as well, that the Pino Property holds a massive treasure, they have made a disproportional partnership contract that no longer satisfies the owners. By refusing to renegotiate equitably, it all amounts to that the inactivity stabling blocks have been put in place by Silver Spruce’s side, or rather by a large silent "friend' of Silver Spruce’s that is meandering about. On our side: (unintentionally), there could be this other jumbo interested party that is also pacing this landscape -- but closer and in incognito too. If I come down with something more concrete, I sure to post.
