if they not got licence back that means they have nothing.why stock is still trading at 2 cents.if company have nothing why market cap is still 3 mill.i hold 5 years and lost big.

yes it is not good... it is possible they could get it back, we will see.  Certainly raises the political risk for all companies there, and it was high already

may be short covering because 16 % of total stock was short after news of loosing licence.after months no seller and no meat left shorters cover.
