meanwhile yet another JV partner disappoints.
Mikey, I'm pretty sure the mkt is onto you guys, ten years+ of mainly grab samples and notta to show from your JVs or Menneval.
How do you hold any credibility for a JV to ever take on any of your properties???
Another run fails yet again, only a matter of time before the Mkt says roll this back AGAIN.
