Over the years the criticism of Rob has been that as CEO for Jenex and then Therm Bright he lacked focus .....and consequently was always reacting to a situation ....and often too late. I would argue that he was passionate about the company but didn't have the scientific background to make the best choices.

For the first time in a long time he has now surrounded himself with scientists and a potential product in CoviSafe that is a company game changer. This has given him, as evidenced by this NR, the opportunity to finally bring his skill set and background to the fore. He's a businessman and financial expert that has outlined the perfect scenario to see lift off for CoviSafe. This is a brilliant manoeuvre to provide not only expertise in partners but presumably their money as well.

It's hard to imagine the markets not responding favourably to this NR.

Anyone wondering if Rob brought in NanoComposix as part of the 50% so when they apply for FDA approval, Covisafe is partly owned by an American company?

I look outside the box, I do not study the NR, but when it was put out. Why not just before open?  Why not a halt as they often did with less important news? To me that says alot.
