Torion

Therma Bright won't ever be sold, but Torion will be, I truly believe it because Mr.Fia is a banker, finance background; he knows how to set up and sell tru value and not the business. Read about his past.

Your "logic" if one would call it that,is deeply, deeply flawed as Rob's many interests do not show any wealth creation whatsoever....a hustler is a hustler is a hustler no matter how many hats/coats he/she puts on.  Are you his son/daughter! Your great CEO as you so believe has given away 50% of an asset in which THRM  shareholders owned, before 72 hrs ago, 100%...100 ...more

wwmenic - THRM doesn't have the ability to bring this to commercialization on their own.  other partners are needed to bring it forward, that means, those who are helping develop this tech obviously want a kick back and want to make money too. By providing 50% owership to private, involved individuals or companies (Orpheus? Nanocomposix?  Manufacturer? those who own the IP??) it ...more

Stockmonster6....I understand cash is at a premium...remember we/shareholders gave alot to Dr.Saeid and his 'vehicle,Orpheus Medica...what science do we own from that 'transaction'? All I am looking for is the value THRM has given Covi-Safe after these last 5 months of being involved with Dr.Saeid and Orpheus-Medica?  How much "wealth creation" has CEO Rob generated ...more

We own the polypeptides that make up the foundation of covisafe lol that's the science we own
Comment by stockmonster6 on Nov 06, 2020 6:50pm
The value that Orpheus provided in phase 1 and 2 was to isolate and identify the polypetides that react to Covid viruses.  This is their contribution, and without that ability to identify them, then there would be no covi-safe.  The first step is the hardest to a certain degree, that to find something that can detect the virus is critical to progress. But Orpheus isn't the company ...more

According to the past nr's and this JV our great ceo got played to give up 50% of our ideal/invention?  I see a deal maker and a much more smarter 'ceo' in Dr.Saeid because he got Rob to pay him in cash and shares to take our invention past an ideal stage and then made Rob give him 50% of the invention for FREE! What monetary consideration has Dr.Saeid given to us, the ' ...more

That's one way to look at it lol

I kinda agree with you.  Therma owned 100% and paid Orph for their help, including shares which would have grown in value with the success of covisafe.  Can't remember the exact number of shares that went to Orph before, somewhere around a couple of million.  Now, after the peptides have been identified, he gives 50% of the device to Orph, roughly the earning equivalent of 98 ...more

Nowhere does it say that he gave Dr. Saied 50% of Torion.  No one knows the percentages until it's released... for all we know Rob could have brokered a deal with nanoComposix for the manufacturing rights instead of paying them. Could nanoComposix being a part owner of Torion and also an American company help with FDA approval? All we can do now is wait for the next NR and hopefully it ...more

Dr Saeid and his associates own 50 percent of THRM...this has been proven in emails to Rob Fia... Stop spreading bullshit.
Comment by CryptoCap on Nov 07, 2020 1:17am
50% of TORION*** not THRM
Comment by RapsAlot on Nov 07, 2020 9:44am
Precisely. THRM never had 100%. It takes a lot of moving parts to bring this to commercialization. Let's be honest, THRM had an idea. That's it. I am more than happy with a 50% stake in CoviSafe.

Exactly, that's often the case with smallcaps bringing an idea to market. There's nothing inherently wrong with that. Those emails, contradicting as they are to that rushed news release, make a lot more sense. That rabied dog spent 48 hours attacking the future userbase for nothing.

Further to that stocks do take time. Some in the summer were asking why this wasn't to market yet. I said then first quarter of 2021 because that's what Rob told me after we discussed the phases timelines back in July. I still got told on this page it will be out in October. Ok, I just reviewed with Rob. I think he knows better. Let them work. This is not easy work.

WRONG AGAIN....the codevelopment was always 50/50 but THRM has to provide capital for their end of the deal...oprheus provided the initial biological candidates and obviously the expertse to get this off the ground...THRM did not give up anything...this was always 50/50
Comment by Whydunnit on Nov 07, 2020 2:33am
If that's the case I obviously misstated.  Your way makes me feel better.
