Got never really answered my question on whether investors that were invested here for a while have no compensation even know Therma bright makes a deal with 50% of the profits going to a private company yet no compensation for investors that were infested previous this deal. I'm no lawyer but something smells about that

I am having the same question, Not sure whether the consideration for the out going 50% from Therma is for the services rendered or the work they have doen to develop the product. But I am not sure whether it is in line with legal frame work and/or accounting frame work. I need to reserch about this kind of consideration. But Therma should have been more transparent on this. they should have given

Please post or directly link to the website or news release that details who owns the technology that under-pins the CoviSafe test product that you claim the Torion JV will be developing? Just state plainly who owns the patent to this technology....Thank you. wwmeinc

Not a word  thrmadmin...not a single peep!!!!  How telling...well as I  said all you have to do is produce the post/link showing the ownership of the patent(s) of the CoviSafe product your JV entity,Torion is developing....I have doubts,real doubts really that Dr.Dea and Dr.Saeid came to any 'agreement' on who developed/owns the technology which is under-pinning the CoviSafe

Separating the "wheat" from the "chafe" on this board....any potential investor with fresh capital should take notice....any company that will not provide a clarification as to the ownership of an asset that forms the 'backbone' of their newly created 50-50 JV partnership....that touts as its main product the asset in question, a testing kit...will deserve the most
