Not illegal
They had a partnership previously with orpheus. Terminated. Torion created to get the right people involved and other reasons. Orpheus/Torion take your pick, Therma never would have had 100%. Cheers.

I have to agree, there is no way Orpheus would give up their intellectual property for a few shares. They beleive in the science and they want to be rewarded... glta!

Indeed, it is pretty clear in my opinion. There has always been two parties involved.

I still have shares here from the beginning of time. I might not be illegal but it still doesn't smell right. So what you're saying is my Shares are not worth nothing knowing that Orpheus is being paid out with my money get torian is still taking 50% of my profits

Just doesn't sound like good business to shareholder accountability and maybe that's why the share price reflects it and why I won't buy again until it hits $0.05 which is probably coming sooner than later. And then again I have it at other code place it seemed like they're more accountable for their actions
