If it was my comapany
As a mechanical designer who has been involvled with a lot of prototyping of various devices and machines. If i knew my product was going to get approved with confidence i would be gearing up for mass production even if i have not been approved yet. I would have warehouses full waiting for approval and hit the ground running.
just because HC has not yet been submitted i would be developing the product with mass manufacturing in mind just like the Avro arrow jet, when the prototype was done the equipment needed for production was ready to go.
The world needs this test, not want like an iphone. there is so much ridding on this, even if HC drags thir butt, other countries are going to want it and will fast track approval. HC is just a small market compare to other countries.
If they can get this into production there will be a huge demand regardless if HC approves or not.

LOL... if this was your company it would have another 200 million shares outstanding and a price of $.20/share as in order to produce warehouses full of product.. especially since they can't sell a single one until they get approval..! Man where do you people come from... Disneyland..?
