THRM

At these prices, it is a safe-bet. Even without Acuvid, what therma has going on, it is worth more than .16 cents. Top 50- TSX Venture company... at .16 cents?? H.C Wainwright/hedge fund that purchased 20m shares, they are bulls - hence the share price drop. Until we don't hear anything, there has never been a material change. Everything is a risk, but at this price, this is a golden opportunity. A huge GAP to be filled shortly in days + short coverings.

And what is your point if any?
Comment by TomConstantine on Mar 09, 2022 11:27am
Hope there's no broader market weakness this week. Could see more downside.
Comment by hk1966 on Mar 08, 2022 7:55pm
Are you trading on inside information as per your previous post? Yes or no? If yes then I will report you to the OSC so for your sake you had better hope they don't file for FDA approval before end of week. Consider this a warning.
Comment by spygate on Mar 08, 2022 8:03pm
haha, I love how folks throw around warnings and ultimatums on this forum...I get it that you are upset about selling yesterday as you stated but really? you are going to report to the OSC? please let me know how that goes for you...Inquiring minds want to know

One insider got a bit ahead of him or herself by crowing about a supposed submission and if true in the timeline he/she indicated that is inside trading and yes I will report thank you very much

Now now why so touchy? You're not billybob or are you?? Or are you part of the shorting crew from a few days ago who co-ordinated a 30% drop in a day.

public website and people need to stay in their lane.  everyone is tracked  it's not hard to sue someone in the internet these days.  watch yourself spygate. You get one pissed off person on the internet and it's not hard to start a lawsuit. fraud is fraud. You might think you can take advantage of people on the internet, but times have changed. Gents, that comment is not true. This is a personal opinion site. Unless you are engaging in libel or slander you're good to go. Even then, they'd be hard pressed to bring a case because they have to prove damages, loss of revenue etc... Which really won't happen here. Threats of violence could be tracked. Most of the time stockhouse won't ban people from the forums either

I know of one mining company that I knew the president and they had a poster banned permanently and a letter sent from their lawyers stating if they came back under another alias they would go after for libel.
Comment by Stocksmartsya on Mar 09, 2022 9:06am
Its not hard to do
Comment by stockmonster6 on Mar 09, 2022 9:30am
yes, you can threaten all you like.  Have to prove it. And has to be damages.  No damage, no libel. Very simple in the law world. And, it's personal opinion; esp board like this - so always do your own DD.
Comment by Stocksmartsya on Mar 09, 2022 9:45am
Calling the ceo a fraud scam isn't damage  okay
Comment by mooseslayer on Mar 09, 2022 10:06am
That's completely false. there have been people sued on forums for libel. Slander is hearsay....you put it in wriring and it is libel. Exactly.  Read the article. "collecting likely prove difficult" Point with law, you can sue as much as you like, lawyers love that.  They'll take on any case, as they get to bill $500 hr for their time.  It's always a win for them. Calling someone a 'name' though not very nice, is not the legal definition of slander/ libel. Has to be proof of damages ...more

As I had observed with the one company they still hasn't identified the person. It's not criminal so the police won't engage. Therefore they'll never collect. The other case the person was identified. And the other "revealed himself" which was a bold move that didn't work. Those cases must've been severe enough but I put the larger onus, responsibility on ...more
