is questioning about the AGM last week? Where are all the Guru's to explain to us what is happening in our company? Does anyone care?

I asked 2 days ago about the AGM on this board for comments about the AGM. Guess no one made it there!? I didn't see a log in link to do this virtually which was a big disappointment to say the least

I was curious as well but AGM's are usually dull uneventful affairs. There is just as much information in an update, interview and financials. There aren't any earth shattering announcements as anything material must be put out in a release.

Dull or not most companies put out a webex/tollfree # to dial into for holders to participate...and/or put out a follow up release stating what was discussed and voted on...an before anyone says it, no they arent too busy to do that

You won't get new info at the AGM. It's to review previous year, approve finances, and elect officials. Some space for new business but they can't release anything that hasn't already been made public.
