For all the lament that is the waiting on an FDA EUA the debacle that is HC seems a wanting sibling. After 3 weeks AcuVid is still not listed on the website for covid devices currently under review. Surely there is an intake clerk(s) who oversees all of this. That goes along with all the "hoops" HC seemed to be throwing in front of Therm Bright over a year ago.

There are only 30 devices listed on this website from highs well above 100 at the peak of the second wave of covid. Presuming a similar drop in applications for the FDA, how challenging can it be for the FDA to have arrived at a final decision on AcuVid? I guess no news is good news in this case?

well if others are on there, maybe Therma just cant navigate the 'hoops' as you say and we submitted but was rejected for lack of info? has to be concerning that it isnt even recognized on the site or achdnowledge that it was in fact submitted...I guess you just put blind faith in the company? Either way, clarity would be wonderful on all fronts...FDA, HC, Venowave, CE

No, the hoops are ridiculous. Some of these devices have been under review for months and months ...they just need to move a lot faster!!! clinicaltrials.org that first listed the impending study for Acuvid in the US hasn't been updated since January. This is definitely not unique to HC nor is it a Therma Bright/Acuvid issue. As for your comments on updates ....couldn't agree more!!!

Smokey is a promoter.  Anyone using Morningstar as a reference to price should be immediately ignored.   Therma dropped the ball.  Before you lose your sh)t look at what's transpired over the last two years.   The company (Rob) needs to be held accountable and anyone complaining remember no one forced you to buy or sell.   The vulture exchange strikes again.

Rob is Therma lol it's a one man show everything is outsourced! So yes, Therma did drop the ball.

I don't know if I would say Rob lied, it seems he is in over his head in dealing with Government agencies. He obviously didn't know how to navigate with the FDA and other bureaucratic processes. Constantly missing deadlines for the past 2yrs is all on him. He should have hired a consulting firm to navigate the application process at the beginning, it shows his lack of experience. Those

A buy out of a product that is not really needed anymore.  Who's going to buy them out? Big pharma who have their own tests and have the market cornered.  Quit dreaming.

Care to say how many of these big pharma have saliva based tests ? We will have to see what happens in the fall/winter as far as needs for testing

well we dont have an approved saliva based test either...just saying...others have also tried and failed. We may be a step ahead but until we get approvals we dont have a valid saliva based test either

Perhaps in the fall/winter sure but the market is so saturated with tests that Therma is pissing in the wind.  It's just my opinion.  A Saliva test is great but again the hype and want/need is nearly non existent.  Don't hold your breath for a massive run.  The timing was over a year ago.  Maybe Rob can explain why he's missed every deadline he's set

Rob "hoped" to have it done a year ago "next week"  Market doesn't work on hope.  Maybe another low budget scripted video of how close Therma is to approval is due. Lolz
