Ok ok ok!!!!  ALL YOU GUYS ANSWER ME THIS!!  one....... has rob come through on anything?  two........ how long does it take to get approval?  three....... why do you guys let him off the hook so easily?  four........ how many are under water and wish they could sell but stuck with a loss???  EVERYONE OF YOU GUYS ANSWER THOSE QURSTIONS!!!!
