this spinoff is expected to be completed in the 1st half of 2025.. I was concerned about the amount of O/S However with this spinoff., i would guess, jmo, the total amount of O/S will be split/divided accordingly to the value of assets per company, so there will be fewer O/S per company,,

That would be nice, Sheddie, but that's not what happens. The no. of O/S for the original THRM will remain the same. Shareholders will be given a pre-decided no. of shares for the spinoff based on the number of shares of THRM they currently hold.
