When to buy a stock
14 years ago, i was watching a trading specialist on TV who would show when to enter a stock. The pattern was always the same: buy when it's breaking out, and sell when it's breaking down. Simple. Unfortunately, trying to follow that rule often did not work out as expected. You know how it goes... market is very unpredictable and deceiving.
And why not try some other theory ?
Here we have a junior explorer, low maintenance, with very few freefloat shares available. On the verge of assay results which were very interesting to the eye of a gold specialist geologist. Furthermore, a large potential asset ( 20km in the belt ? ). If assays turn out promissing, there will be a first wave of buyers coming in, bringing the share price to maybe 0.12 - 0.20... who knows ? More ? Less ? And then, if the first round is any good, they will make another round of assays to further the discovery, bringing another wave of buyers eventually and so on.
So, wouldn't you prefer being IN before it all starts or would you rather chase the stock ?
Of course, nothing is proven yet... it's a gamble. But the potential rewards are WAY greater than the risk at this point. Even if the assays fail to impress, they will continue to search, and there is also the Arizona land that could reveal the goods eventually, so it wouldn't be "over".
That's my take...
Good week-end to all...
What's not to like ?
