are they supposed to tell us the cash amount?

I had thought they were going to confirm the amount of cash being paid out 5 business days ahead of the meeting, but cant remember where I read that... anyone know?

Need to see if they come up with what we think we are voting on.... let's hope so.

so I guess the 19 cent number they used was just to get the votes... now we are at 17.65 cents plus a possible .0124, but no idea how likely that is.  Most takeovers tell you what you get,... But they have the votes and probably best for now that it goes though.  Longer term they are giving themselves a great deal of course.   Buying a company with its own cash is a good business
