Bulk of warrants have 35¢ stike price - resistance @$0.35?

There are between 75 and 80 milliionout standing warrants:
@30¢ 3.2Million,
@35¢ 57.5Million,
@37.5¢ 4.6Million,
@50¢ 7.3Million

By far the majority have a stike price of 35¢. Will that establish 35¢ as a resistance level as often happens with a PP? Or will the infusion of cash be a catalyst to still higher share prices?

The 35 cent warrants are listed and tradeable.  They will not get excercised until Buy out or expiry date in 3.5 years from today.

The 35 cent warrants won't be exercised until the day before expiry in August 2024. At that time TLT share price will be somewhere between $5 and $15. GLTA.

The 37.5 cent warrants (14,236,666) expire in November this year (5 years/60 months) and are not in the tradable category. **Note shares (plus a warrant) were issued at 30 cents back in November 2016!! I suppose warrants that trade don't get exercised early because you can simply trade the warrant rather than the stock. I like your target of $5-15 in August 2024. I'd like to hear more from you as to how you came up with it. Many thanks!

I'll not do the calcs for River, but by my calcs I'm getting ~290M total shares/warrants outstanding. So a $1.5B US  buyout offer would get us close to that $5 per share, again in US $$. A $4.5B US offer gets us close to the $15 per share price. I think If TLT can demonstrate multiple cancer/covid indications, has that NMIBC product to market, then we should get buyout offers above
