There were a couple of big bids down around $0.31 all last week, looks like they moved up. They could even be the same 'person'.

I saw that, could be same person but getting harder to get the shares at a lower price, tend to see bids move up at end of day trying hard to get ,we might see this continue this week with bigger numbers coming in higher earlier in day
