Freedom of speech seems to have a very different meaning in Canada vs the US.  Unlike the US, freedom of expression in Canada is subject to "reasonable limits".  I guess in Canada you're free to express as long as you think similarly or repeat popular opinion?  Hopefully it's just a scam, or GB isn't Canadian....he has enough on his plate.  All imo.

I'm not sure about what all the Shareholders posted at the time. What I do know is that the vast Majority of Shareholders were extremely upset with how the last financing was conducted. I personally had many friends who had bought large positions in the 50's just before that disaster !

The unfortunate thing about that SF, that is a 50% drop in value for many who had just invested a month prior. Tell that to someone who invested $50,000 and saw it drop to $25,000 in 1 month. After that drop, which BTW continued down to about 12 cents, we have never recovered back to over the 50 cent range since that time. Th company has not much control on the stock market, given many factors (Micro and macro events, COVID-19, shorts, naked shorts, etc ...) and cannot manage the entry point of all investors, neither their expectations  level of comfort, level of understanding, etc ... So, is this about the Law suit TLT started a year or so ago? If so, I don't think this will hurt the company or our Stock positions in any way. TLT isn't the one being sued.

I learned more from the attorneys who are filing this suit. It appears to be the defamation suit against certain individuals who attacked Roger and others on the internet and not against Theralase. Not sure why it has taken so long as I recall this coming up a while ago. Sorry for causing any concern. I remain a long holder with quite a few shares.

Goose, they a won lawsuit a few years back, technically as they got a default judgment against a bunch of screen names on stockhouse, now they are doing it again. Has nothing to do with the technology or hopefully positve upcoming results, imo, it is a waste of a lot of time as it costs a lot more in attorneys fees than they will get from a list of screenames. Apparently there are some counter suits, and it could get ugly. Not sure why Roger decided to go this route, as it could lead up to more investigations in regards to financings and the participants. Be a man and take the shots, as we have seen it all blows over given time. Now the company is paying legal fees from the financing funds to feed Roger's ego.

No trades from 9:52am to 3:40pm then 366k shares sold down in minutes. Looks very supicious IMO. Maniplulation like this should be illegal. Same players over and over pushing it up and bringing it down. I really hope the data changes this very soon. :(
