I was told the pp was to close last Wednesday.  You have to have an account at Research Capital or jump through a bunch of hoops to open an account at Research Capital to participate in the pp.  The pp is a great deal but it's all on Research Capital's terms.

The stock price at this level is a good deal.  Once they announce the PP is closed, the stock should climb..
