Stock price to rise---until the 3rd of Jan.----so they can transfer TLT  shares-(in KIND) from their personal tax account --to the TSFA account in 2023----those 500.000 sells will disappear magically on jan. 3rd.

It would be fun to see that 500K taken out in one transaction to send a message. F around and find out. This would be a big Pharma opportunity to take a starter position.
